Peer CounselingFew understand the needs and challenges of living with disability better than someone who shares that disability. Peer Counseling shares experiences and strategies for independent living while understanding the dynamics of living with disability. Peer Mentoring matches an individual with a disability who is looking for employment with a mentor who has been through the process. Trainings plus a support group help deal with the challenges of job hunting.
